Once booking requests are submitted via the online form, they are then forwarded to the komiti marae (marae committee) for review on a weekly basis.

You’ll then be advised of the komiti marae decision, including marae hire costs, via email.

Please note that Umupuia Marae is in high demand for 2025, with confirmed bookings and scheduled maintenance already filling much of the first half the year.
